        Absolute disappointment! I walked in and there were only two people working, and they told me it wouldnt be a long wait. I was waiting for 40 minutes before I finally got seen. I went in for infills, and was told Id need a new set. When I questioned this, as the acrylic was only slightly lifting off my nail (which has been remedied by acrylic infills in the past at other salons), the technician then pulled the acrylic off my nail as if to prove a point. When I eventually agreed to have a fresh set, he didnt file down the acrylic or soak them, he just pulled them off my nails. Not only did this damage my nail bed, but it also really hurt! I was then expected to pay an additional 10 for the experience of having all 10 of my acrylic nails pulled off my fingers and they called it Acrylic Removal. Awful experience. I will NEVER set foot in this salon again. Services: Manicure, French manicures, Nail extensions, Nail painting, Gel manicures, Acrylic nails
