Having used RM mortgage solutions in the past for our mortgage when purchasing our house and in particular dealing with Chris, I had no hesitations in contacting them again for our re-mortgage. Extremely friendly and approachable from start to finish their communication is fantastic and their knowledge of the mortgage market is second to none. The whole process is made very easy and each step explained clearly, we were kept updated if not every day at least every other day with where we were during the process. Chris was able to arrange insurances for us also which was helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris or the company to any of my friends or family.

Emma was a fantastic help through our remortgage. This was our first time remortgaging and she helped us navigate the process and find us the best deal. We were securing a rate early, but she kept an eye on the market and kept us updated of any new products that we might want to consider all the way up to the week before our existing product expired. Would highly recommend!

Emma went above and beyond for us sorting out our mortgage to helping us with our life insurance and answering all my questions. As a first time buyer the process of buying a house felt very daunting but Emma made the process feel very quick and easy and helped me fill out the complicated paperwork. She was always there to answer any queries even on weekends and going out of her way to sort things. She kept on top of the progress with contacting the solicitor and estate agents and always keeping me in the loop. When I was ever in doubt she was always there to reassure me and made me feel comfortable throughout. She is kind patient and highly knowledgable and was easy to speak to. I would recommend Emma to anyone she has been fantastic, without her we wouldnt be in our very own home!
