Boots Opticians

A great shame that the staff at Boots do not give out the correct information when treating customers. I was told to go straight away to hospital to check an eye condition. Told to just go and be seen at the walk in clinic. No need to book. Needless to say after arranging transport, driving 25 miles, spending ages trying to find the correct dept. I was informed that Boots should have phoned to arrange an appointment. This necessitated a further visit the next day. A great deal of stress and needless inconvenience. I have tried on 3 occasions to contact Boots to make them aware. Today the phone is ringing but no-one answering. Wonderful customer service !!!!

I have been suffering from vision problems for a very long time and it was only recently I had my eyes checked at Ankerside. The optician that checked my eyes listened very carefully to all my symptoms and concerns and diagnosed my condition accurately that I was so shocked. Why it has taken so long to recognise that I have anxiety eye problems with a 2020 vision. Thanks to Arjun Singh. Now I can manage my vision better with the correct medication. ********************** more than 5 Star service.
