        Since I have started this company they have been very empathetic towards working mothers and are very flexible and understanding. All staff members are lovely and friendly and it's like a family. I really enjoy working for blue bird.

        Ive worked as a carer with Bluebird for over 8 years and have to say its been the most rewarding career. It was a job I didnt think would be me to start with but have to say its the most fulfilling job Ive ever done, you work with lovely clients and colleagues and are treated so well by the managers.

        Bluebird care is by far one of the best company's I've ever worked for, All our carers are highly trained professional and efficent. nothing is ever too much trouble and will always go that extra mile where possible. All staff and clients are always shown dignity and respect and our clients couldn't be cared for by any carers more committed to there job than ours. Thank you bluebird for opening my eyes to the care world I shall now never look back. i love my job its an absolute pleasure to work for such a well run and lead company!
