Helping Hands Home Care Lichfield

Me and my daughter have learning disabilities and having our helping hands career from the Tamworth and Lichfield branch has changed our lives and been so so amazing. The career we have is excellent, top marks given. She takes us out shopping, bowling days out and things like that. She is even taking us on holiday when we used to always be stuck in our house. The office people are fantastic too they are so helpful and understanding to us to and our carer sometimes takes us into the office where we have tea and biscuits and chat and laugh, it is lovely. Best experience of care we have ever ever had and we would recommend helping hands so so much.

Working at Helping Hands has been a positive experience for me. I have felt supported and encouraged by the management and other carers. They are a great bunch to work with and I have only praise for all of them. Caring for our customers is top of the list.
