TUI Holiday Store

Went to book my holiday today in TUI Tamworth, really great customer service, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, all the girls were really friendly and helpful but the girl who helped me Grace was excellent!! Highly recommend booking holidays here!!

Went shopping today in Tamworth and as Im planning a wedding for 2025 I thought Id pop in pick a few brochures up to get a few ideas. Im not really a chatty person and like to do things at my own pace. However, the staff were all lovely ( and shared my excitement of the wedding) they were extremely helpful without being pushy and showed me things I hadnt even thought of and that put me at ease to ask more questions. I will definitely go back into the shop when the 2025 packages are released and although I was going to to the entire wedding myself Im now swayed into thinking of booking with Tamworth TUI and letting them help me with my dream wedding! Thank you.

Excellent service, competitive pricing and no stone left unturned. All questions answered and went the extra mile regarding my autistic grandsons needs. Cant recommend highly enough. 5 STAR SERVICE

Brilliant service !! Went in and spoke to Gemma who was super helpful and helped us arrange a wonderful holiday for this year and we didn't make it easy for her so a MASSIVE thank you Gemma !!!
