Appalling Service - AVOID at all costs I completed my mediation session and was told that as my ex had declined to engage with them, that I could complete my form C100 and progress to court. All they needed to do was provide me with their input to the the C100 which is a single page (Page9). I was told "a day or two" for them to email it over. After chasing them a number of times and snotty remarks from their receptionist, I finally got it two weeks later! Ive not seen my kids since Christmas and Staffs Mediation have needlessly added two weeks to however long it will take to get them back. If you want to get your kids back anytime soon - Find someone else!

Worse mediation centre ever. Was told by the female mediator that I might have to live in a small flat with my 2 kids just so the ex can live a nice life even though she had a new boyfriend and I have my children shared care. Also didn't refund me the 70 odd quid for financial outcome that wasnt done as we stopped mediation with them. They just sent it half complete Used the one in Wolverhampton (different company) more expensive but mediator was better

Utterly disgraceful service from start to finish. Countless errors, poor service, fiction written as fact on behalf of my ex, which then later had to be retracted. Avoid Sue Roe as a mediator, and SSFM service at all costs. Sue Roe was unable to get her head around figures in the divorce discussions which made matters turn from bad to worse, and ended up costing thousands of pounds extra in solicitors & court fees which were completely unnecessary. On contact with SSFM about the poor service, Sue Hollywood skirted around the complaints, and avoided response on key pieces of evidence provided that clearly showed poor handling of the case. There was no genuine interest in my grievance with the service, only a back covering exercise. A completely unprofessional company that either abused or neglected their position as professional mediators. Avoid at all costs!!
