        I had so many issues with my flexibility, Sey & Ben at the bendy life helped so much. Sey leads yoga and going to her classes frequently, in person and by zoom during the pandemic, I was able to improve my posture and flexibility so much, Bens intense and incredible massages really worked through tension and knots I didnt know i had. Life savers the both of them. Thank you
