Received shed shackle and HS1heavy duty hasp and staple all within a week even having ordered 1item late.Exellent service even informing me when DPD had collected items and providing tracking number. The quality of said items is second to none, really well engineered. Both items now fitted, am well impressed. Thanks to everyone at pragmasis best customer service ever.

Better, shorter, (to prevent leverage attacks), unpickable, unbreakable, and to the Sold Secure DIAMOND standard. My insurance company tells me that high-end bikes are more vulnerable overnight at home in a garage than on the street, so should be well secured overnight. Worth a special mention is that spare DIB D-lock shackles will fit any DIB lock so shackle length can be instantly changed to suit circumstances. A really useful feature. These Pragmasis anchors and D-locks are the best available and much less expensive than market-leading American brands. Add to that, Pragmasis is a small British business located in the Midlands, the cradle of British industry, that goes that extra mile to provide friendly and good service and a first-rate product. What's not to like. Support them. I'll never buy another brand again. The DIB-130 shown in these photos is long enough to secure my bike to most public standard cycle racks but short enough to discourage leverage attacks. Ideal.

I cant recommend this company enough for its products, customer service and communication. I ordered the wrong chain and contacted them at the last minute to change the order. John was very helpful and nothing was a problem. Order was amended at 3pm and the item was delivered in Newcastle by 8:30am the following day. Extremely happy with the quality of the chain, lock and shackle provided.
