Very disappointing customer service. We had a carpet fitted on 10th May. It had pink marks on it. After 2 weeks a replacement carpet was despatched by yourselves to our local carpet shop from the same batch. This was supposed to be fitted tomorrow but our local carpet shop has just phoned to say this also pink marks on it. Does nobody check before it leaves your warehouse? What a waste of time and resources. So now I have been told it will be Tuesday 31st before the carpet can be fitted. This has held up our building project by 3 weeks. We have had no apology, no compensation and the poor man at the carpet shop will make no profit on the carpet as he has to pay the fitters for a second time. Very poor customer service, very disappointed :(
