Tony Illsley (executor of the will of my late Father and to obtain grant of probate ) and responsable for the day to day administering of the estate, took an incredibly slow 3 YEARS 9 MONTHS !!!! from start to finish. Prices and time taken greatly increased from initial quotes with no warning.(Total price only given near the end and not when it had exceeded the quote) Emails and calls ignored constantly forcing me to try again multipule times for updates and progress information . An internal threatenting complaint was then made to David Waterhouse to speed things up which worked and within 7 days Tony , i thought had finished and closed the case ( i thought all had ended ). 2 YEARS 3 MONTHS later i had a email from Tony saying he was closing the case and 160 left in the account to be paid to me,when asked where it was from i was told it was from a council tax rebate, from what date i asked (got no answer) how much fee have you taken from monies that was left it the account ?? i asked Maxine Witton (Tony's secretary) , i was told nothing was taken,then later it changed to 230 was in the account and 70 from a miscalculation from 2 years ago was taken leaving me with 160, (yeah right !!! why did you ,Tony not just say that from the beginning explaining where it was from in the email you send to me also no paperwork was produced to back up your story even though requested !!) Another example of withholding important.Just to add no house was sold or cleared within this process by Tony.
