David J Foster & Co were recommended by our estate agent to deal with the legal aspects of selling my father in laws house after he had passed away. Our solicitor Jane Coley and her assists were extremely professional and polite as well as warm welcoming and friendly. Every member of staff took great care and considered my partners disabilities (deafness and blindness) in ensuring that she understood fully everything that was happening and especially any form she was signing. The also did their best to expedite the sale and kept us fully informed of any change or update regarding the sale immediately. My partner was also an executor of her fathers estate and after probate had been granted, they even dealt directly with all of his creditors and paid them directly out for the proceeds of the house sale, most of whims had no charge against the house. We have been so impressed by the service and support we have received from the staff at David J Foster we travel up to Tamworth from Cardiff to deal with any legal matters that our family need to address. If we could rate higher than five stars, we most certainly would.

I recommend David J Foster & CO, Mrs Jane Coley was my solicitor. Jane and her assistant Jenny, both are professional and polite, dealt with all matters promptly, they are excellent and respectful in communicating, Jane provided all necessary information from legal point of view in easy to understand way, at the same time Jane respected my choices.
