Do not use. Duped into a 5 year contract without realising for a service that I dont even use and was pressured to purchase. Under the impression it was a cancel any time service.

Fine, until you want to cancel, then they tie you into a 5 year rolling lease, if you don't cancel at exactly the right time. I certainly would never use them again. Avoid!

Avoid like the plague. I have been with this company for years. The lady that does the collections is lovely is the only positive i can say,. My business has had to closed due to the energy crisis and put me out of business when closing my account with these they are expecting me to pay a 900 cancellation fee for collecting a jam rag bin my monthly payment is like 20 per month. Honestly cant write this s**t. Only reason i am in a new contract with yourselves is because you contacted me saying i had to sign new forms for your price increase nothing was explained that this was entering me into a new contract for the next century. I hope you have the recordings of all your telephone conversations. I will be spreading this message to all the other local businesses in my area that use you!

Elizabeth our rep is a nice lady - as is the lady who calls around but I'd suggest to anyone to look elsewhere. The small print allows them to roll you over if you don't give 3 months notice into another contract. Congratulations to the writer of the terms and conditions - but very poor practice - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!! Only giving one star cos I can give none. Remember AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great service for many years now EDIT: many years after I started using cathedral hygiene Ive decided to cancel, only to be informed that Ive been duped into another 5 year contract which I absolutely did not realise. The contract was mis sold. They say they have 60,000 very happy customers, so I am wondering why they want to keep me hostage, I dont want to be your customer, you have 59,999 others dont you?
