I've been coming here for a while now with my kids, brought my nephew with me recently, he has some additional needs being sen. I was a little nervous about how he would be in a new place, but from entering the building, the staff were so good and patient with him. I did explain from the off that he has special educational needs and may not understand everything they were saying to him, but let them know I would be by his side at all times and will keep him safe. we went into the cafe, and the staff there were lovely to us to and understanding to his needs when he started to have a meltdown. overall, I will definitely bring him back here again as the staff helped make our day enjoyable with their patience and kind nature to him. thank you to all your staff

Awful experience. My competitive gymnast was injured here when a kid ran behind her mid tumble. The general manager has been unapologetic, rude and frankly been offensive in her response. I highly recommend you avoid this place.the manager response was to send cctv of a second tumble which showed my daughter also breaking her tumble - she did this as a kid ran alongside her and she thought they would run behind her like the first child. Manager is blaming my daughter. Im sure if you read her comment you will be able to read between the likes folks.
