        Simply Brilliant!! Having sought assistance in resolving a habit worsened over the lock-down period, I was initially a bit sceptical as to what could be achieved through Hypnotherapy - but open minded enough to try anything. Karen is superb - professional, friendly and fun - and literally after just one session the issue was addressed and a month later - is now a thing of the past! Superb!

        I went to see Karen yesterday for stress and last night I had the best night's sleep that I have had in year's. She's very professional, easy to talk to and listens. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend.

        Visited Karen as I had a phobia of birds. I can't thank her enough I went out to new Zealand to visit my daughter and family and managed to eat outside and relax on tbe beach l have never been able to do this before.
