        They promised no parking on the estate entry road and the lorry drivers from the near industrial estate are parking all day long and use the bushes as toilets! This makes Dunstall Park a really lovely place to live. No answer on this after I sent multiple emails they just ignore it! And yes.. lots of snags still open after 3 years, run as fast as you can.

        I was impressed by the service, and the open and honest advice, at the sales centre here today. The development is progressing well and there are some canal facing plots available at the time of writing. Appointments are required to view the show homes, however, if you visit during open hours and it looks a bit closed, ring the bell and wait, there may well be someone around to talk to you, but it may take a moment or two for them to get to you!
