        Really disappointed today in the service given. Have had my hair done by Jess twice now and have absolutely loved it. Today I had an appointment at 2.45pm only to be told it had been cancelled by email and text on 16th March. The only email I received was Tuesday telling me they were looking forward to seeing me. I am away on holiday tomorrow and all they could offer me was a root colour and to go home with wet hair !!!! They also said they had tried to ring and text which obviously didnt as why would I turn up for a hair appointment that had been cancelled. Thanks for the customer service Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry, Shampoo & conditioning, Hair straightening, Hair coloring
