Such and amazing and addictive environment. So happy I took on the challenge of taking the first step, friendly people all going at their own pace, great coaches that are genuinely there for you should that be for encouragement or an ear to chew, they have your back regardless of your fitness levels and needs! I cant imagine not being a member, when I look back I was so nervous about joining and that first session but I was welcomed and felt at ease straight away, I wish I joined sooner!! 12 months on nearly and I still look forward and love walking into Core300, thank you for being you Core300!
