Rated 1 Star as i cannot leave a Zero star review. Useless, Utterly useless, I feel bad for the secretarial team and practicing nurse that have to deal with the fallout and complete incompetence of the "Doctor". For the sake of your own health, Avoid!

Pre Covid couldnt fault the surgery and me and my family have been registered for years here, recently Doctor never seems to be there, one of the receptionists are just plain rude and unhelpful. Doctor seems to triage on the phone for things needing to be seen for example tonsillitis or an ear infection, everyone knows the doctor would need to see these issues in order to prescribe, so a phone call seems utterly pointless. Calling at 8am is pointless because doctor wont be there and youll be down for a phone call which normally comes through late afternoon 4/5pm. Service recently is appalling children are not prioritised, really disappointed.

Do not recommend how this has 5 stars on Google rating it totally beyond me they dont answer the phone it says online they open at 8.30 however when you call at 8.30 they said all the appiemnts have gone and you should call at 8 when they are closed I dont understand also my kids never get seen in any kind of hurry which annoys me because any kids should be priority there

Got to be the best surgery, nothing is to much trouble, spoke to Jo on the phone she is so friendly and it was a pleasure to speak to her. well done to you all.
