Mrs Brown's Flowers

I don't know who Mrs Brown is and I have never brought flowers from her. But this place is like a local landmark. It's a little wooden shop at the edge of the shopping centre. It's been there in one form or another for longer than I can remember. I don't know anything about flowers but I don't want to live in a world without them. If I ever do need flowers, this is where I'm going. I salute you Mrs Brown.

My nan ordered flowers from here for her brothers funeral and had them delivered to his house when my nan got there and saw them she started to cry as they were dead flowers upset my nan so much they were only fit for the bin this place is disgusting

Had some flowers delivered to my mom and dad this morning they loved them, excellent service and great value, I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again, thank you again to Mrs Brown.

Quality of flowers are decent, however, as with other reviews the customer service entirely let's them down. The worker was very rude and made us feel bad for requesting a bunch to be made up, like it was a big ask and not her job. When we picked the flowers up they weren't quite what we asked for and when we enquired she became very abrupt with us. Wouldn't recommend if you want anything more than the few bunches they already have out on show.
