Used a dozen times being locals so, got a pretty good idea of the service provided now. I originally gave a 4 star as our favourite southern fried chicken pieces were on point and the chips are always bang on (and still are). However the past several times the service received has hindered our expectation and enjoyment, for example when ordering in store and asking for certain pieces of chicken on display we was denied the ones requesting being told we cant have the three southern fried breast requested, but instead just two breasts and a drumstick despite there being 3 on display available although there is no difference in price. The problem this causes is the drumstick has way less chicken on and is not as nice so, when us a family of three enjoy a piece of chicken each, someone pulls the short straw. The time after that, we called up and ordered in advance asking if we could reserve 3 pieces and was told yes no problem as they have at least 3 pieces available. Only to turn up the time agreed and there only be two. Finally our latest visit wasnt that great either, as the chicken tasted totally different from the previous times being extremely dry as though not cooked fresh that day. Conclusion - Priced fair, chips bang on, good luck trying to get some southern fried breasts if the managers about with the tongs in his hands.
