My wife has been ill with worry over the Lease that she took out via 3D Lipo for a machine that she was promised would earn her a lot of money. Covid forced the business she had a room in to close and she was then forced to use the machine at home. She has contacted Shire many times, but every time she tries to offer a settlement so that she can have this milstone from around her nexk the cost of the Lease appears to increase. The machine was 5000 and so far she has been told that she will have to pay over 7000! She would have been better going to a bank, but it appears that Shire and 3D Lipo are in business together to get the maximum amount of money off individuals. My wife is so poorly and they will not budge. They say the only alternative is that they take the machine back and try and sell it. She has already paid them over 5000 but still they say she owes more and more each time. She is finding it very difficult to cope but they arent interested. I am now seeking legal advise about it as I want my wife back to her happy self. Disgusting and unfeeling company who just want to make as much as they can out of small businesses. BEWARE!

Once they have you tied in they are vile to deal with. Dont sign a contract with them otherwise they hound you if the businesses circumstances change non stop letters, emails and phone calls The way some of the staff talk to you is disgusting . They are a vile company.

The team at Shire have been very efficient & flexible in setting up a few small leases for various items & equipment. They respond well to queries & although the process of checks they sometimes have to go through can be a bit onerous overall they have delivered each time. Richard Kirk is a conscientious & amenable account manager who I will do more business with in the future.

We have had several issues with this company in the last year and have now had to get a solicitor involved. 1. Coffee machine reported faulty after 4 days of leasing it, reported it to the vending company and was dealing with them, because it wasnt reported to Shire in writing in 14 days (because we were dealing with the vending company who supplied the machine) theyve refused to recover their money from the vending company so are now coming for us for their 12000 debt. Told us to sell the machine (rrp online is less than 3k, see review for logic vending) to cover some of the costs, despite their contract saying we arent allowed to do that. 2. When I explained that a machine could become faulty at any point, even after 14 days, it shouldnt mean we cant return it; they said we signed for it when it arrived and said it was fit for purpose - refusal to acknowledge this wasnt the case 4 days later. 3. Engineer come out and agreed there was a fault - Shire have said we should have got it fixed, we didnt want the machine even with that fix, it was impractical. 4. Calls every single day, letters 3-4 times a week despite explaining I was just a guarantor and divorcing the signatory so to contact them. Then being told theyre issuing a CCJ if I dont pay. 5. Signatory has offered to make a regular affordable monthly payment for the faulty machine, despite the machine being stuck on the floor of the shop as it doesnt work. Yet theyre threatening proceeding against me if I dont pay too, I wasnt aware thats how guarantors work, none of this was explained to me in the 15 minutes I was given to sign the document with no information. Overall a horrific company to deal with and I am now working with the Financial Ombudsman to get this resolved, avoid if you can.

Being harassed and hounded over a direct debit that failed and has since been paid. Threatening letters (7 in a week), over 20 calls, 10+ emails from different people, laughed at on the phone, accused of being mentally ill and a solicitor letter demanding my medical records to prove it? Shared info with third parties, I wouldn't care the direct debit 209 is paid... no settlement figures provided. Horrible staff who lie. Sending letters to our home address accusing us of not being able to manage our money. Do not deal with this company. Adt fire and security have stitched us up with a lease with shire leasing and no one will take responsibility, the equipment does not work properly and has not been serviced. This is a serious concern as the account is up to date and was a banking oversight that could have affected anyone. Worse company ever and shown their true colours. It will be different when the ombudsman drops a letter on their doorstep. Do not deal with them, do not sign anything. It is very sad to read about people wanting to kill themselves because they tried to set up a business and are now being punished. If you work here and are about to respond to this choose your words very carefully. Or better still quit. ********* Contact from a director with a view to resolving this has been forthcoming, on reflection some of my comments about individuals were harsh so have been removed, the review will remain 1* at this stage until resolution is achieved, maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel for this, and for other users. We await the full response.
