Still waiting 4months on for my refund despite having email proof that one had already been issued to me! Expected it within 14days and 4months later not heard a thing. Sent numerous email and will be issuing a complaint with trading standards. Not happy and won't recommend Very unprofessional and unhappy

I have been trying on numerous occasions via email and via phone to get in touch with this company for a refund for tickets I have bought for the Murder Trial Live which was cancelled in April 2020 due to Covid restrictions. This company is an absolute shambles..they have not returned any of my emails. When I contact via phone there is no option to leave a message. I would like a refund please as these tickets are not cheap!!!!

A very dodgy company in my opinion. I ordered some merchandise off their Post Mortem Live website on June 21st and am still waiting for it. They happily take your money and then become impossible to contact, probably hoping that you will give up and they can keep your money. Their phone number does not exist, the Contact Us button on their website has been deactivated, their email address is an unmanned/unmonitored box and their Facebook messenger is not doing online support. They REALLY dont want to be contacted! I did manage to get one reply back in July, after putting negative comments on all their social media, asking me to refrain from doing that and saying that my merchandise was out of stock and coming back in a few weeks. That was July. Still not received anything and, suspiciously, the item is still available to order on their website! I just want my money back now and will have no choice but to pursue a legal avenue to get it. So unnecessary.
