I called Steve at 09:05 on Sunday morning and 20 minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the fault on my composite door lock, explained it fully and advised how to rectify. He gave me a price before starting any work including all costs and when agreed he got to work. An hour later the job was completed! Sadly many people dont value customer service these days, Steve However is the epitome of it. He has a superb work ethic and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend Pick Me Locksmiths.

After finding Pick Me Locksmith through Google, and being impressed by their reviews, I decided to email them. I got a reply very quickly from Mark, and after discussing the work I wanted doing I was put through to Steve. After a few email exchanges and a phone call Steve popped round a few hours later and got to work. We couldn't be happier with the work Steve has done. Not only were the results great, we were also given general advice about how our doors and locks work, how to increase the longevity of our doors and locks, and how to improve the general security of our home. To top it all off, Steve is both friendly and professional. I have nothing but praise for this company. We won't hesitate to contact you again for future work!
