In all my years of dealing with People and companies these have got to be the worse Ive come across, totally unorganised and unprofessional after a direct hit by lightning took them 7 weeks to secure the chimney then it was the wrong scaffold , there Building liaison guy didnt have a clue , communication between the agents was terrible planning was non existent, contractors were being brought up from Northampton area over an hour away to be sent home as the previous contractor hadnt been or the materials hadnt been ordered or delivered. 1 roofer refused to work on the scaffolding as it was inadequate for the job , if they would have fitted the correct scaffolding as instructed by the surveyor in the first place the job would have took 3 days instead of 3-4 weeks . This concerns me as we pay our insurance to premium insurance companies to get a service like this .

Total disaster, avoid like the plague , 4 months later still have a hole in my roof and having to accept a pitifully low cash settlement because i don't want to deal with their staff or 2 week waits before getting a call back
