        Hardly any selection of menswear in different sizes. And now all the tills (even in the clothing area) with staff have been removed in place of do-it-yourself tills - terribly slow and rubbish idea.

        Non food tills now self service. Why oh why. Yet another nail in M&S's coffin. Only visit now for food and underwear. Everything else made in China, made from polyester or doesn't wash well.
