The shop keeper called me, An Idiot, and barred me from the shop, after asking a very reasonable and relevant question to him. I, myself, work in a customer facing job, and would never treat customers like this, under any circumstances You just dont do it! I felt intimidated by the shop keeper.
A formal letter of complaint has been emailed to Head Office, and also to the Franchise Area manager.
It saddens me that as a loyal customer of 6 years, has been subject to this abuse.
I have left an honest, fair and accurate review and have followed Googles guidelines.

This is my parents shop and someone appears to have changed the opening hours on here to 24 hours (which is not the case). As such, please note that they are open 7am to 8pm 7 days a week Thank you
