        Outstanding service. Polite, prompt, knowledgeable, flexible, and ridiculously cheap. Could have made up a story about a difficult repair, when in fact the problem was a simple one. Collected, fixed, and returned the laptop in question the same morning. Will be recommending Glen to others.

        Well what can I say after several calls to computer repairers in Tamworth and quotes of between 48 and 65 to configure my computer and fix a printing problem, I looked further and found GFI I rang Glen . After explaining my problem he asked if I was sitting at my computer and talked me through all the screens and the result was I CAN NOW PRINT and it cost me NOTHING I can't thank him enough. how rare it is today to find someone who is willing to help without payment .What a GENT A BIG THANK YOU
