It was my first visit today and I was really disappointed. I visited with my mother and daughter. I arrived at 1.30 and said Id never been before and was told it was 3.25 to use the soft play and they close at 3.00. This was fine so went upstairs to then have to go back downstairs to get a menu (good job my mother was with me - I could have been given a menu upon entry). I had to take the menu upstairs again then back downstairs to order food and drinks. The drinks came but the crepes were 20 minutes behind (went back downstairs to see what the hold-up was and they were just done, cold but done). Would have been nice to have them at the same time as the drinks. Two teas, two crepes, one toast and one can of pop 22 plus the 3.25 entry. I generally just didnt feel welcome and is such a shame because I like the business model. I spoke to someone on the next table who thought the same but had said their previous visit was much better.
