Excellent service from Karen and the team. Used their services to take family to our daughters wedding venue and nothing was too much trouble for these guys .Coach arrived on time ,drivers were friendly,polite and most obliging on both journeys .Would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend.

Horrendous ! I bought a pass 3rd September and school opened 7th September - i no longer need the pass and this company sent me a 17 page terms and conditions document ! 200 Ive paid and had the pass for less than a 10 school days and they will not help me ! BEWARE !!!!!

Just wanted to get in contact regarding when you are late to pick up my son from school again!. I thought that I had communicated that you should call me when circumstances beyond your control made you significantly late again.( understand but just would like to know) But within a couple of weeks of the first instance you did not telephone school or myself (as requested). I understand that you had some sort of minor collision and I sympathise, but this does not alleviate my worry when my son is arriving home up to 50 minutes after school closes when it is only a 15 minute journey. Their were two drivers in your bus/cab today surely one of them could have called me or the school I have explained to your drivers that quite often I have to pick up my daughter and I am unable to leave due to the worry of where my son is. If you were to communicate then I would feel happy to leave and my son would be delivered home safely if late. I respect that some circumstances are beyond your control BUT when this happens please communicate, if you are reluctant to do this directly with me then please let the school know so they know he is still waiting on his own
