Kingsmead Carpets

Beautiful 100% wool carpets. I used their Berber Traditions range in the bedrooms and they look great.

To my dismay the kingsmead carpet I already have has been discontinued. I have the last 2 rooms to match with my existing carpet. When I rang Kingsmead for advice and to find out if there was a replacement I could use the adviser was extremely unhelpful and the phone line seemed to get cut off very quickly!!! NOT HAPPY

I called kingsmead carpets as i was interested in buying one of their carpets but i wanted to ask which country the carpet was manufactured in as i wanted to buy a carpet that was manufactured in the eu due to my concerns over the levels of toxins in chinese made carpets. Cindy in the sales department refused to tell me in which country the carpets are manufactured and she actually said that she is not legaly obliged to tell me. I also emailed matt the complaints manager and adam the sales manager but i did not get a response. Avoid this company as they refuse to answer basic questions and are not helpfull at all.

We have been ordering carpets with Kingsmead for a number of years now, this year in particular we have seen a rise in products purchased due to the great quality at affordable costs for our customers. Both our sales rep and delivery driver are always friendly and beyond helpful, if there is ever a problem (which is very rare) they are always quick to resolve. Carpet from Kingsmead Carpets fitted by New Homes Flooring in our new build from Bloor Homes. Carpets are 11 months old and appear worn, a matted texture and are an eyesore. Kingsmead, Bloor and New Homes Flooring have all refused to rectify. Would never recommend and will make sure to avoid in future.
