        Never contacted us to tell us she was self isolating. Had an appointment but that never happened and was never contacted. Bad customer service. Its a shame.

        Lovely lady and cakes are amazing helped me out in an emergency when I was let down with my mom's birthday cake. Ordered Christmas cupcakes to take to France with me for my God Daughters

        Would seriously give ZERO if I could. Saw Rebeccas website online and being based in Tamworth, myself and my fiance were excited to be visiting and sampling some cake for our wedding in May next year. To my anger and disappointment, my fiance only saw by chance on Facebook the NIGHT before our arranged visit that Rebecca had to self isolate for 10 days on the same day, with no communication being given to us regarding this. Saturday,Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (you get the drift by now) came with no call,text or message from Rebecca apologising, making us aware or anything! Communication skills and customer service 0/10 Im afraid (this doesnt give us much trust that we would get the communication wed need if an emergency were to occur on the big day itself). Extremely disappointed and very let down before any real service even commenced.
