Friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Good value for what you want. Used my shin of beef and can honestly say it melted in the mouth.

All good. I first heard of this butchers from one of the owners on an App called Nextdoor. So I thought I'd give it a try. Went there on Sat 18th March 2023. I wanted some of their burgers they do that I've heard so much about, I bought 4. They were simple beef burgers with the onion in them, nothing fancy but decent quality. Got home cooked one and had it in a bun (hamburger). Very nice it was. It cooked evenly through out in my airfryer. So I recommend their burgers which were 1 each at the time I visited. Note they never had any on display. They were freshly made to order in a press. I'll try some of their sausages next time (which they did have on display). But I do have two criticisms. At the time I visited they didn't have any burgers on display in the chilled cabinet like they did in the photos shown on here which were also in different flavours and looked slightly thicker than the ones I bought, so that was a bit of a downer for me hence 4 stars. Also, I didn't see a price list up anywhere so I didn't actually know how much I was going to be charged until he rang it in the till. In this case 4 was fine (note I might have just not seen it). So if you are in the area and intend to buy some meat give this butchers a try. It's decent, clean and friendly with a huge variety of top quality produce. They even sell eggs! Thanks for reading.
