Popped in today to draw some money using my pass card. Told the girl which denominations of notes I would like and this included a bag of pound coins. I laughed when she told me I couldnt have the pound coins because she only had 2. She made no attempt to ask any of the other cashiers if they could swap money with her. As if they only had 2 in the whole branch. Lazy customer service. Anyway, I popped into Lloyds, and they were more than happy to help. Never seen this girl before, she could do with some colleague training.
