I came across Premier Snag through a quick Google search and noticed they had solid reviews and feedback. When Paul arrived i instantly knew why. Paul was very attentive, very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt extremely re assured that i had everything i needed to provide to the developer for remidiation. I received the report within hours and straight away i recommended Premier Snag to people i know are due to complete their new build homes.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I only chose this company because of good reviews but now I belive those people writing 5* review just want some money back as this is the incentive being offered by Premier Snag. The snagger that came into my house missed off all major snags like squeaky front door, chipped tiles, leaking bath, windows out of level, wavy walls, hole to the outside not insulated or covered in the wall under the sink, through which the heat is escaping, absolutely disastrous plumbing which looks like spaghetti and is making annoying noises, flooring panels sticking out and many more. I appreciate it is not possible to pick up all snags, but to my disappointment the report was only showing paint finish issues. Raised this and nobody cares, they're covering obvious lack of skill with policy and accusing me of making it up to get the money back, while I have all picture and video evidence. I simply do not think such inspection is worth my money and time, compared to what other snagging companies are offering. I saw many videos on social media of how professionals approach the subject and Premier Snag is not a professional company, they fail at each and every level, can't even handle a complaint.
