Weatherproof UK Ltd

I had this company come and 'weatherproof' the front of my house. Now, they painted the render with their special paint and did a great job - no complaints from me about that. However, the deal was that they also protect the brickwork with their product, which was either accidentally missed, the product didn't work or they just plain couldn't be bothered (they did my neighbour's house, and we're semi-detached). I called them and they said they would sort it out. Since then I've heard nothing from them - I've called and they don't answer the phone, I've sent a few emails, I've contacted them through their Facebook page and website and heard nothing in return. So in short, if they actually do the job, then their workmanship is great and I have no problem with that. But if they don't do what they promised, then good luck getting in touch. I'm off to explore what I can do to get some of my money back - wish me luck!

We continually receive calls from this company asking for a 'Mr Kenny' despite telling them every time that nobody called 'Mr Kenny' has lived at this address for at least 20-30 years. The woman on the other end of the line was very rude indeed. One more call and we will be pursuing action against the company as they are clearly not adhering to GDPR requirements.
