Got my daughters prom dress from Utopia, and they went completely above and beyond to help her after she got a little upset due to an issue with a friend. Spent so much time finding the right dress to help her and make the experience positive and put a smile back on her face. Gorgeous dresses, and my daughters dress is amazing...couldn't thank them enough for everything they did along with the lady who alters the dresses who also put in so much time to make sure my daughter was happy. They really care about the customers and getting the right dress and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, they literally made my daughters day. 200 percent recommend!

Brought my wedding dress from here, it was absolutely stunning and from seeing Joy on my first appointment to Victoria doing mine and my daughters alterations the process was so professional and exciting. Thank you all for everything! Would highly recommend. Also brought my daughters prom dress from here, brilliant service ! X

My daughter found her perfect prom dress here and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no rush and it's all done by appointment so there aren't lots of other people there at the same time. There are lots of stunning dresses, Highly recommended

So glad I came here to find my dress , was made to feel so comfortable , girls were amazing and so patient whilst I tried on the most stunning dresses , then the very last one I tried was perfect , so many beautiful dress to suit all , highly recommend Utopia absolutely amazing
