Ive booked for my appointment via Facebook, managed to fit me in within few days, amazing! Ive gone with them instead of another local business which could do appointment on the same day. Arrived for my appointment only to be told it has been cancelled as the stylist is poorly, no txt no nothing prior. I couldnt be seen by anyone else in the salon even tho I found out later the other stylist was free for 1h at my appointment time and could have moved ppl slightly to accommodate. I have never been treated like this before and it was heartbreaking especially after Ive booked the whole day off work!! I am shocked at the customer service level provided and would definitely not recommend if you want to get the service promised go elsewhere. Service: Hair coloring

I needed a new hairdresser and im looking round and find Becky from Glame house. Honestly best find ever! She is amazing with hair and clients. She helped me massivly as i needed a bridal hairstyle for my wedding and at such short notice she said she could do it for me! Thank you so much.
