        Appalling, avoid! Arrived with my daughter at 10.45 for 11am prebooking. There was no reception staff, we waited in doorway area for twenty minutes, finally we was acknowledged & told to wait up top. Walk in appointments where being prioritised over us. Finally got in chair at 12.05. Was no sorry for delay or any politeness at all. We will not go again average quality nails, disgusting customer service. Lots of other nail saloons avoid this place at all costs
