Terrible branch, service and staff. Do not use!. After 3 months of trying to open an account, told not their fault as opened online, the Tamworth Branch never sent identity details onto online accounts. After 3rd visit to branch they still could not help, and was told have to revisit 19th Jan to reopen another account. Hours of our time have been wasted. What a joke!

As everyone says, the staff are fantastic, it brings back the days when customers are treated like kings, a shame more shops didn't adopt this attitude.
