It has been a very smooth and easy process from the very beginning. He was able to help advise that the property we were buying was suitable. He listened to what we needed and advised how best to do this to be granted planning permission. Everything was submitted and permission was granted first time with no objection which Im sure was down to Davids excellent knowledge.
