Very friendly guy and professional. He fixed our dishwasher and gave good advice. He was prompt and cleared away. Would definitely recommend Domestic Heroes Limited and would use them again

Out of pocket by 170 based on an issue with our hob being misdiagnosed. Our hob stopped working just before Christmas so we asked domestic heroes to come out having previously had a great experience with them looking at our dishwasher. For the Beko hob they advised that the dials no longer worked. So on their advice we sourced a new hob and fitted it, discovering that the switch on the wall also needed replacing as it was faulty. As this was right before Christmas we carried on using the new hob, however we discovered a few days later that our original hob is not faulty at all and it was the switch all along. Something that should have been diagnosed by domestic heroes. Overall we forked out 45 for the original visit which domestic heroes have accepted liability for and agreed to refund. They will not cover the cost of the new hob which we cant return as its been used. So were 170 worse off and are now stuck with two second hand hobs. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to fit the new hob. Feel this is totally unfair as we purchased this in faith of their advice as their previous work for us on the dishwasher was excellent. We used to really rate this company but based on our recent experience Im appalled at their poor workmanship and lack of responsibility.
