Finally they have gone bust. Looks like Electrolux group finally gave them the push. Glad to have played a part in their downfall. Worst repair company I've known. And was the reason why I had to sue Currys. Used to be very good until the father retired and the son took over. UPDATE Just found out, Matt, the owner, is now working for Amazon as a delivery driver. Heaven help Amazon, lol.

Booked Tuesday. Thursday visit. Jordan rang arrived within 20mins. Identified the problem with our Beko dishwasher. Ordered new circuit board to resolve led problems. Be done next week. If so additional star will be given. Excellent service so far. Very pleasant young man, affable, communicative and smiley.

Dallies Repair Centre has the worst customer service ever. We have only had the Beko dish washer for 1 year and waiting in for my 4th visit it is still not fixed. You have to wait in from 8 am to 6pm or they charge you and 6 days later and days off work over 2 months and it is still not fixed. They have text me to say they are coming and not turned up until the next day. I spoke to the Director who did not care and they have no governing body so there is nobody to complain to. My only option is watchdog. Do not use them.

Awful company. Kept my aircon for 7 weeks (during the hottest summer ever) claimed to be waiting for a part. They then lied claiming it was fixed and ready to return. When returning they failed to leave it with the neighbour as instructed then demanded a 48 charge for an aborted delivery. I said I would come pick it up to avoid the charge. The idiot in charge couldn't work out that it would mean they would have no extra cost. When it is finally delivered I am told it has been fixed and to sign here. I stupidly signed to read it after seeing that they had done nothing to fix it and it was unsafe to use. They're an absolute disgrace.

my freezer broke within 4 weeks of having it, curry's appointed these, called the day before to ask for a rough time slot, the person i spoke to was very unhelpful, he just said we don't know, so i said well what time do they start and finish, his reply was between 8am and 6pm. love waiting in for 10 hours not knowing when he might turn up, will not buy from currys again, totally hopeless
