I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Jame Beyer and James Smith. My 3 year old daughter had servere breathing problems and her oxygen levels dropped quickly. They arrived quickly and took action as soon as I opened the door. She had the breathing issues for over a month and I was at the end of my tether, I hadnt slept in a week watching her every breath throughout the night. They couldnt have been more helpful! My awful doctors were messing around with a prescription and they even called my doctors to sort that! Thank you soooo much to you both!

2014 I started working as AFA and Front line cycle responder unit, I realised when explained all of my mental dissabilities, and dissabilities as a whole Stuart Whalley and Mike Hayes was treating me like a child and not a human being. They kept all my private/personal documentations which in 2015 was exactly how Stuart made a bribe against me saying in order to get my blue folder back which had all my documentations I had to give him back my uniform and ID badge...... after that I went to ACAS to seek help about the wage they was giving me and found they actually underpayed me aswell!!! I never once worked after what they did against me and their actions regardless, even that my mental health deteriorated extremely worse even that I yet of this day cannot forget the experience how I really was treated by the team.

Called 111 regarding my wife whos in palliative care as she had a nosebleed which went on for over 4 hrs who called for a ambulance a Elite crew turned up they stayed with us for over 2 hrs getting her some care sorted called several places finally got a doctor to give us advice they said they would not leave us until they and us were satisfied with outcome 2 brilliant people 5 stars from us would not worry if ever came again

Nick and his colleague just left about 2 hours ago, their approach towards care was brilliant. They both cared and meant it. You are good ambassadors of your company. Great job guys!

Did some work for them and they have taken a year to settle the invoice. No issue or qualms with the service / work provided - the accounts dept have just sat on the invoice - despite half a dozen or so reminders. Having been nothing but polite - probably too polite in chasing it - rang them today - they talk to you like you should be beholding to them, avoid the issue and accuse you of shouting at female staff. That's not shouting - that's just having the hump. Low and behold they are paying it today. Don't rely on good practice with these people - they only respond to you getting on your high horse.
