Penny has been so helpful and a great communicator, no waiting round for days for a reply, from providing us with different mortgage costs, to mortgage application, making sure that we knew exactly what we were applying for, keeping us up to date with our mortgage application and talking in normal words and not jargon, we can't thank Penny enough and definitely recommended Penny to anyone looking for mortgage help.

Weve used Penny Jones Mortgages a couple of times as weve found Penny and Stuart to be the perfect balance of professional yet friendly. The current market is dreadful but Penny was switching our deals until the very last moment to make sure we got the best possible interest rate available. Id definitely recommend.

We used PJM for the mortgage on a house move and her services has been brilliant. Really friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond her remit when it comes to the whole moving house process. Would definitely recommend and use again when it's time to remortgage.
