More than 100 snags inside flat(more than 10 NHBC major). Floor out of level so bad that you cant walk on it
1) Pavement in front of the Cooke House (3 months from completion and still not finished)
2) Environmental and safety issues of the site (Concrete and dirt are flying on our cars in the temporary parking adjacent to site- we have evidence of this). One of the resident's cars has so many chemical and concrete bits on his car that the whole car needs to be repainted. We are all scared and frustrated about this. I mean this can happen to any of us, I don't trust this site anymore.
3) Rubbish collection is missed every week and needs to be chased (we need to beg Weston to collect them). Bin Store starts to smell every week because of a delay in rubbish collection by the site manager Justin at Laundry Works development. We are chasing, Chris and Lucie are sending promises that it will be done, still collection does not happen on time. This is beyond frustrating, it seems that the laundry works site or Chris and his team are lying to us and nobody from Weston Homes actually cares about the leaseholders.
4) Satellite still not working due to Tower crane or something else blocking the signal. It has been 2 months since the original complaint...
5) Cleaning of communal area (specially the ground floor tiles and gardens around Cooke House) is not done per week and only done when we raise a complaint
6) Communal fire doors are not shutting automatically and there are no door handles to pull (ABL attended twice and still we are experiencing issues)
7) Communal areas are still full of snags despite the fact we all have raised complaints as a group (sent a signed letter to Chris and his team) or individually.
8) Customer care teams (Lucie, Janice, Chris Shaw)are not responding to issues on time and ignoring emails. They are also giving incorrect information and misleading us (Maybe this is due to the Site team giving them false information but Chris and his team are not assessing the site team responses to see if they are true or not.
9) Entrance Door needs door stop (wall is getting damaged on a daily basis due to Weston Home ignorance of my complaint)
10) Temporary parking is not safe (dark at night, no cctv, covered by dust and concrete from the site due to lack of control of dust and concrete by the frame contractor,
11) We have recently found so many nails around the Cooke house on the floor, mainly coming from the site (at the back and at the temporary car park, also the site people throw their rubbish and plastic packaging to the Cooke House side of the hoardings and also in front of our block. Weston Homes contractors show no respect to the residents at all.
