APH - Stansted Airport Parking

First time using this car park. Instructions how to get there were really useful, booking easy and price so much cheaper than Stansted official car parks. Staff was very friendly. We waited around 15 min for a minibus back but as they pick you up from quick drop off, you understand they cannot wait for you as they have only 10 min to stay there. Great experience and will definitely use them again

Badly signposted as there is only a tiny APH sign, otherwise it looks like a different brand of car park. No toilet facilities at the carpark (clearly there are some for staff), staff were rather rude and told us to go to McDonalds with two small children! The car park has no tarmac so expect dragging all your luggage through massive gravel potholes full of rainwater and mud. The transfer itself was fine and quick but took ages to wait for the minibus to arrive. All good overall but simple customer-orientated improvements such as toilet facilities and a resurface of the car park (at least do up the potholes!) would make all the difference.
