Wasn't aware keddy same as Europcar not a sign to be seen, had to ask where keddy was only to be told its same as europcar then lost about 50min collecting car..although staff who served me was in training but polite..car was 2yrs old with 55000 miles and a long list of previous damage noted on the paperwork..not terribly clean either..not sure what impact these reviews mke on customer service, i think the culture nowadays is to accept a percentage of poor reviews mixed with clever billing in the terms and conditions to keep profitable. .also car hire in Spain is approx 8/day malaga airport for 2 week in june..!!!
