        We came in one day before our 10 day reservation. I had made a mistake, so y he van we wanted was not available. Kindly, they gave us an upgrade to the next size since thats what was available with no extra charge. The damage waiver was not expensive, and it helped since I suffered a minor fender bender. There was no hassle and reporting it, and I was on my way! Would rent here again!

        After a booking in January 2023, I received an additional charge at the end of April 2023 (EUR 62.67!) which is completely unjustified. When the car was returned, no damage or lack of fuel was found and, what's more, the returning officer asked us to fill in a positive review on Google!
