No empathy for sick patients just rudeness to local loyal clients. I asked how long it would take to make up my prescription I was told 2 to 3 hours.I asked if it could be done sooner than an hour as someone was kindly picking it up for me and had to go out in an hour and I couldnt walk down there.. They was rude I said Ive just had to wait Ill get it picked up tomorrow then . I then asked to speak to the pharmacist, even he was rude and said I had to wait for the text. Ive been in pain for two days he said two more hours wouldnt hurt me . hour and a half later, Ive got a text its done

Delighted to tell you that since this pharmacy has been under new management the service has improved immeasurably ! Unfortunately I have needed to use the service more than normal and they have risen to every challenge I have presented ! Also get your flu jab there ! Quick, easy professional and efficient. Had my flu jab done here. So good. No sore arm or side effects. Definitely recommended. Also get my regular prescriptions and never had an issues

Since Jubichem came under new management the service has been outstanding. I now get notifications that repeat prescriptions are ready only a few hours from my telephone request, the shop is better stocked and prices are more competitive. Well done.
